Through our design and construction businesses we have been developing approaches to radically change the way buildings get made.
It starts with design – and this process starts by donning a VR headset and entering our virtual showroom. Here you can explore our range of buildings at leisure and select a model to order off the peg or customise to suit a given brief.
Once a design is selected finishes and options can be added and as each is decided the cost of the building updates. In fact very much like the automotive industry sells products.
Once all the details and costs are agreed you can take a fully immersive VR tour around your building and check all the details.
And then the order gets sent to the factory to be built.
Are buildings are all made from SIPS – Structurally Insulated Panel Systems which produce lightweight, warm airtight buildings.
The modules are fully kitted out in the factory with finishes, cladding, electrics and heating and benefit from the quality that being built in a controlled environment brings.
Whilst the buildings are in production the site is prepared with the necessary clearing and foundations systems.
When both aspects are ready the building is brought to site in modules and assembled on the site often ready to use the same day.
